My specialism is in the management of the European Social Fund and in particular the design and delivery of projects and programmes aimed at tackling long term unemployment and social exclusion. 15 years experience of Objective 1 programmes. Prior to my involvement in European Structural Funds I had a successful career as a Human Resources Manager designing and delivering training courses and programmes across the Highlands and Islands.
I believe in a no nonsense approach to consultancy - what you see is what you get! I also believe in enjoying work so if you do not want fun do not employ me!
ABOUT ME
I am a married father of three and live in the Highlands of Scotland. I am part of an exceptionally musical family with my wife being a well known Gaelic singer, Fiona Mackenzie and my daughter, Katie in her final year at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. My two sons are both keen pipers as well. For more about the family click here.
